In this particular intervention, we ran with one of our very favourite financial services companies. The strategy was to ensure that their facilitators stay current around what a sales adviser faces each day. We toolk technically strong facilitators worked shopped four days of “Over the Rainbow Themed “sales training. We highlighted the most current sales methodologies being used in the market place. We then challenged them to sell go out and supported them over the next 3 months to practice what they preach as they made sales calls, attended promotions and presentation meetings. We are proud to say they were all very successful.
