This session was run with very experienced PR agent employees.
The group had high impact goals to achieve, but at the same time was welcoming new team members.
We used Lego Serious Play methodology to establish common ground.
We first focused on the “WHAT”:
- A team SWOT analysis was done.
- Then we worked on agreeing to priority goals and objectives, to ensure all actions were high impact!
Then, it was time to focus on the “HOW”:
- We put together their team values, keeping the focus on how they could co-operate and create a high performance environment for both themselves and their clients.
