Daily Coffee Cafe Franchisee Annual Conference

We were excited to be invited to the Annual Daily Coffee Cafe Franchisee Conference. We worked with Charles Hsuan (Public Speaker and Business Consultant of Flying Kite).

Charles spoke on the topics from Greg Nathan’s ‘Inside the Mind of a Successful Franchisee’. Our part was to get the group involved and work together to use the insights gained from Charles, to formulate a solution driven strategy. The aim was to unite the team and empower all Franchisees to work together to find business success.

We used the “Conversation Café Brainstorm Method” to establish the franchisee current mindset. Then, we acquired collective wisdom from the attendees on how the franchisee and franchisor could best support each other through the journey together.
